Organic, non GMO, seeds exchange, varieties / Derogation of protocol


3. Fertilisation
Compost system, naturally composed, water, mineral, organic matter additions


4. Protection
Pest control and management, ecological, buffer zone, natural enemies, mulching, mowing, nutrients, prohibition, predators, parasites


5. Agro Biodiversity
Sustainable management of biological resources, what to grow, local varieties, microorganisms, bees, earthworms, agro forestry


6. Traceability
Record keeping, sourcing, inputs, outputs, harvest, quantities, marketing, direct sale, fair principle
